Thank you for your replies. The email notifications for this thread must have got lost in my personal email since I didn't see some of your replies until now. I think it's starting to come along now. Our department is growing. However, my "payplan" has not lol. My payplan is strictly volume based and needs to be revised.

If I could just convince them that I don't need to be selling cars too. Yes, I need to be involved with the leads and following up, but not actually working leads from start to finish on top of all the other million things I'm doing.
