DD, I soooo understand where you are. We all LOVE to do what we LOVE to do (does that make sense?  hahaha.

You love to coach and improve people, I love to make that phone ring.  Selling cars is a team sport, If you want to dominate, you need sharp managers all working toward a common goal. 

I assumed commissioned reps would devour the new leads and write themselves fatter pay checks. What has happened is the new lead volume has made it easier to for the reps to fill their belly and relax. 

That lesson took too long to learn >:-/ Now its my job to make my other managers see the light and not be satisfied with their pay checks.

We'd make one hellofa great team DD!
