The issue of posting inventory that is still in recon and not front line ready for photos online with a "Photos Coming Soon" image has recently reared its ugly head again.
The argument is that having any vehicles online without actual photos is counter productive in terms of click through metrics which measure engagement and in terms of the overall client experience with out inventory online.
Does anyone have data which indicates that vehicles without photos are detrimental in either case? Any industry studies out there making the argument one way or another?
