The question is, is there anything BETTER?Mind you, I don't think pure ecommerce is the answer and I agree with the premise that shoppers often arrive with more questions than answers. But the current crop of websites does a poor job of answering questions - they aren't designed to do that, they are designed to "just get em in" the door.
