I'm looking into online service scheduling.  I've started looking at Xtime and ADP.  The big differences I see are that Xtime has vehicle and mileage specific information, while ADP has the ability to take customer payments online, and with ADP, I don't have to teach my technology adverse service people another interface.

 

We are a small to midsize dealer, and do not have a full fledged BDC or call center.  Anything else I should be aware of?
