LotReady is a software tool that takes ordinary photos of cars shot on a dealer's lot and uses AI to swap out the messy background, replacing it with a clean studio-style scene so the listing photos look more professional. Car dealerships upload their phone or camera shots, pick a background, and download finished images ready to post on sites like Cars.com, eBay, or Google.
