Hey everyone,

I’ve tested several simulcast tools for auction buying Stockwave, Autoniq, Laser Appraiser, etc. and so far, I find Autoniq to be the most friendly and faster to use, though the UI could still use some polish. Stockwave has potential but feels buggy and seems largely tailored for Manheim auctions.

Curious what other tools you all are using for simulcast buying? Has anyone tried anything beyond these that’s worth recommending for reliability, features, or speed?

Really nothing has changed.

vAuto is still the best. Everyone is trying to be a "cheaper alternative to vAuto".

Every platform has its own personality. Training is the key to using these complex platforms. There is a lot going on and they are just not simple to use.

VinCue, Autoniq, Laser Appraiser, Dealer's Link, they are all good. It is more a matter of what someone wants to pay.

Using DealersLink for merchandising and inventory management works well overall, but its auction VIN lookup feature requires manually entering mileage and other vehicle details. Autoniq, in my opinion, is a better choice for auction purchases since vehicles populate instantly without manual input, making it faster than Stockwave. Stockwave performs well for Manheim auctions, but Autoniq recently raised its prices the single-user cost is quite high now, and adding additional users doesn’t seem cost-effective.
