I recently came across CallRevu's new AI phone training system "Test Track". I'm trying to get a trial set up but they apparently don't offer that at this point. They did send me this demo recording of the platform.

Is anyone using this already? Feedback? I'm also reviewing products that we may be able to manage on our own like Sales Training Software: Upskill with AI Role-Play - Second Nature Check their site out and use the demo under Resources > Free Simulations. There is one where you upload your website and the AI starts talking like a vehicle shopper while it hits you with objections. It kicked my butt LOL! Either way, has anyone run with something in the area of AI phone training and what is your experience so far? I plan on demoing multiple options as I can see this also enhancing our outbound phone skills for Internet lead handling as well.

This training, using the AI, phones sound good to go! I haven’t tried Test Track yet, but that role-play feature from Second Nature sounds as if it could really be useful. It is refreshing to see how these tools are useful in increasing efficiency in managing leads. The post is captivating my learning.

You don’t have to use ChatGPT to write *everything*, friend.

Hi Dan, for the cost of a Chatgpt subscription you can use advanced voice for role play and create really useful customGPTs for training, writing and zillion other things. We've created a whole set of custom GPTs just for car salespeople and managers to level everyone up and add a bunch of IQ points to everyone. If your sales people know how to prompt the frontier models, you'll get a lot more value for less m oney than buying some of the level 2 and 3 AI products. Happy to show you is you want to reach out. Jeff

Did you end up trying it? What was your experience, if you did?

It is a good system but is best managed at the store level. I'm trying to hand-off the Phone system (the PBX) to our IT teams and the Dashboard/Tracking to the store level. At that time, there wasn't enough attention at the store level to continue the training tools, and the set-ups, so I cancelled.

Thanks. I am the guy behind it. CallRevu resells our product under TestTrack brand. Would love to learn more about Dashboard/Tracking platform. Is it Salevision from CallRevu? How is your experience with that?

I had the pleasure of working with the CallRevu VP of Product at the time, Scott Bleasdell, for about a year developing the Dashboard tools in 2023 and 2024 before I moved our PBX over from Momentum Telecom to TotalCX/InteractivTel. At that time I then moved the stores from the CallRevu dashboard to TotalCX's native dashboard/tracking tools (Log in - Login). Once CallRevu bought TotalCX, we were on the same tools, but with a TotalCX logo slapped on. We just migrated back over to the "real" CallRevu SalesVision dashboard about 6 months ago (still on the "CallRevu" TotalCX/InteractivTel PBX). I would say that the CallRevu SalesVision dashboard has a better UX but we still aren't using it to its full potential. I'm trying to pivot my time back to marketing and away from Operations and Phones so haven't spent as much time in there as I would have normally. I do know that it lacks the depth of AI tools that others have flooded the market with UNLESS you enroll in TestTrack as far as finding missed phone sales opportunities in real-time.

✨ AI Highlights

A dealer professional explores AI phone skills training tools, specifically CallRevu's 'Test Track' (built on iWish AI) and Second Nature's role-play simulator, asking for real-world feedback. A key practical insight emerges when the original poster reveals he cancelled Test Track not due to product quality but because store-level staff lacked the attention and bandwidth to manage the training tools and setup. The thread takes an interesting turn when the iWish AI founder joins the conversation, leading to a detailed exchange about CallRevu's dashboard ecosystem, PBX migrations, and the value of building custom GPTs as a lower-cost alternative to purpose-built AI training products.
