I certainly care, and I agree with the tenets of the suit. This is a longstanding issue for MANY dealers, I will be watching this closely...

We switched at the beginning of the month to AutoCheck. The Savings = my new BDC. The numbers? We'll have to see if any deals are noted as Dead due to no "CarFax" provided. The lawsuit gives more fuel to the fire.

Better raise that number much higher (more than 10). Not speaking for myself, but I've been asked about my opinion on the matter by just about every dealer I've spoken to lately. And they're on DealerRefresh.

Every store I've visited as well. The Carfax issue is one that I'd say 90% of the dealers I meet with care about and ask my opinion on.
