Hey everyone, Google is now showing star ratings in their search results for Facebook Reviews. Very important to be monitoring these now as they're ranking higher than DealerRater, Cars.com and Edmunds reviews/star ratings. Here's what it looks like for one of our clients, Newport Lexus:

https://www.google.com/search?num=5....5.0....0...1c.1.64.hp..6.8.630.0.usEVXc8S8zM

I'll try and keep the group updated on everything social media/reputation management!

Interesting that they are showing them again. I've seen links to dealers Facebook pages before but then they disappear. Must be a browser location difference for us though as I'm seeing the other sites still outrank Facebook in the screenshot below.

✨ AI Highlights

Chad Pelliccioni alerts the community that Google is now displaying Facebook review star ratings prominently in search results—potentially ranking higher than traditional review sites like DealerRater, Cars.com, and Edmunds—making Facebook reviews a critical reputation management priority. Bill Simmons expresses skepticism, noting he still sees traditional review sites outranking Facebook in his searches, attributing the difference to possible browser or location variations. The thread concludes without clear resolution, leaving open whether this is a widespread change or inconsistent rollout, but establishes that dealers should monitor Facebook reviews as a growing factor in search visibility.
