We have a Ford and Subaru store under one roof. We drink the koolade and have a ton of Cox automotive products including Vinsolutions. We have two seperate websites for both Ford and Subaru and are looking for a better service scheduling on the front and back end. We use Ford's Smart program which is a nightmare!! So what do you use that you love.. that integrates with Reynolds and has anyone seen Xtime recently?

@JuliePetree her is an older thread on X-time. It seems as if the buzz around service scheduling apps has died down. I'm guessing due to how difficult the DMS providers have made it to share data.

At one point a few years ago there were several popular solutions. Ones you don't hear much about anymore.

We should compare a list of the ones still available.

✨ AI Highlights

A Ford/Subaru dealership using Cox Automotive products seeks recommendations for service scheduling software that integrates with Reynolds and performs better than Ford's Smart program. Respondents acknowledge the fragmentation in the service scheduling market, noting that while multiple solutions existed previously, the market has consolidated due to DMS providers restricting data sharing, making it difficult to identify current viable options. The thread highlights a frustration in fixed-ops technology: integration challenges with DMS platforms continue to limit scheduling tool options despite customer demand.
