Anyone have experience with DealerTrack and Online Parts Sales?

I am having an issue with resistance from our controller with online parts sales over concerns with invoicing in our DMS which is dealer track. Does anyone have experience with bridging the accounting gaps between over-the-counter parts sales and online?

That's a tough one @EmilyJSpellman. No experience on that level but I know our part department puts up with quite a few online scams with parts orders per week.
