7 Reasons to Stop Emailing Your Pricing

I have never had the opportunity to work with another Sales Manager that had any experience working leads in an Internet department. The same stores, would never consider a desk manager without F&I experience. Their answer to everything is "just get 'em in". They have no understanding or empathy for frustrations that their ISMs have to deal with.

It is easy to control a customer when they are in front of you. You walk a couple into the showroom and say, "take a seat and I will be right back". You might say, "please, follow me". I don't have to look, I know what they are going to do.

Get elusive with an Internet customer and they might hang up on you, avoid or block your calls or send your emails to the spam filter. You have to engage the customer and build trust without being able to make eye contact. It looks easier from the cheap seats.
