So curious how a "top of the line" CRM can not have the ability to run any campaign on a manufacturer certified used sale. I am being told that "nobody has asked" for the ability to report / market to certified used customers before. Wow.

Anyone have any suggestions on how to pull an advanced search or audience builder report on certified used customers or even show a customer as certified buyer?
