Excited to share Autofusion's first forum post and introducing what we call our F&I Product Cancel Tool.
With ever-increasing regulatory scrutiny, we believe this could be a valuable solution for a lot of stores.
We originally built this for one of the largest dealer groups in the USA to mitigate bad reviews and regulatory fines associated with delayed processing. This freed busy dealer personnel from being buried with document chasing and helped prevent anything from slipping through the cracks during the cancellation process for F&I products like VSC, GAP, etc.
Our tool eliminates the back-and-forth of chasing docs, playing phone tag, and explaining what's needed and where to send it.
How it works:

Regular pricing is $299/month for 1 store + $199/month for each additional store.
For DealerRefresh members, pricing is $199/month for 1 store + $99/month for each additional store.
We’ll also waive our setup fee unless there’s custom work/processes needed beyond our ready-to-run setup.

How it works:
- When a customer inquires about canceling, they're directed to a dedicated page on the store or group website to complete the process; no back-and-forth emails or forms required.
- The customer fills out a form based on their situation (cancellation reason, products to cancel, payoff situation, etc.) and attaches any required supporting documents.
- The customer signs via eSignature, creating a verified record of the request. A finalized packet (form + documents) is generated, a confirmation email goes to the customer, and the cancel packet with all required documentation is routed to the dealer.
