Dealer 360 Marketing, an integrated marketing agency, is seeking Account Executives in its Reston, Virginia office to support its continued growth.


The ideal candidate will be an accomplished, successful, outgoing professional who has the sheer determination and drive to excel and thrive. You must be results-oriented and driven by both financial and career opportunities.


Additionally, you will have the opportunity to earn full-ownership (including marketing, creative, and media) of your new accounts as your book of business grows.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities

· Engage prospective clients from existing contact list with consultative, relationship-building sales approach

· Use consultative sales skills to evaluate target clients’ goals and propose customized solutions

· Build book of business by setting appointments, pitching, and securing new clients into agency with support of other agency personnel

· Earn full ownership of your accounts including marketing, creative and media after successful client close

· Understand the needs, goals, and marketing messaging of your new clients through direct interaction with them, members of the industry, and other company personnel

· Develop and implement thorough strategic marketing plans for your book of business, as it builds

· Implement strategies that achieve growth objectives of the company

· Update relevant internal personnel as necessary, including talking points, objection handling, and summaries of all sales and marketing efforts

· Communicate effectively with, and direct, all levels of internal personnel, clients, and vendors

· Test and analyze sales and marketing response results and company-wide growth. Modify strategies as necessary to achieve best results

Core Competencies and Experience Requirements

· Serious hunters driven by a sense of urgency and perseverance that is required when working for this company. You bring in business and marketing ideas to clients, they do not just come to you

· Consistent successful sales or revenue track record at or above quota

· 3+ years results-driven professional experience (sales, new business development, etc.)

· Superb solution and consultative sales and marketing skills and ability to apply creative thinking to the process

· Self-motivated towards achieving company-wide goal

· Ability to simplify complex solutions and technology

· Ability to move strategic ideas and concepts into action

· Understanding of success metrics and related ROI

· Perform to exceptional standards of quality, workmanship, and customer service

· Ability to develop professional, written documents and client presentations

· Exceptional communication and interpersonal skill

· Team players that works well in a highly collaborative environment

Educational Requirements

· Bachelor's degree required from accredited University
