Large, award winning, eastern Pennsylvania new and used car dealer group seeks a Business Development Manager to lead our multi-person Customer Contact Center. Call center management experience is required. Automotive experience is not required but preferred. We are easily accessible from northern Philadelphia, Bucks County, the Lehigh Valley, Western New Jersey and the Poconos.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Training BDC department reps on the process and technique of responding to internet leads and phone leads with the goal of establishing appointments
- Managing and motivating team members with enthusiasm and accountability
- Conduct prospecting of service and parts customers
- Handles all follow up for sales and service customers
- Maintain accuracy of customer database
- Utilizing dealer group customer database for the purpose of prospecting
- Lease portfolio retention management
- Managing dealer group’s online and phone based service reservation systems
- Ensuring that our products and services are properly merchandised on all web based assets (websites, Autotrader, etc.)
Qualifications and Requirements
- A high school diploma or GED equivalent
- Must be able to type 50 words per minute and be proficient using a Window’s based PC and Microsoft Office applications
- Two to Four years experience in a call center environment or similar dealership environment
- Must be organized, good at training and enthusiastic
- Must be comfortable with a highly structured, high intensity work environment
- Familiarity with photography, videography and website modification is a plus but not required
Varies and will be commensurate with qualifications and experience
Range is $40,000-$75,000+
