A local Buy Here Pay Here car dealership in the Philadelphia area is expanding its Business Development Center!!
This position will entail mostly phone work, handling inbound and outbound calls with potential customers and getting them in the door. Candidate MUST be able to work independently AND as a part of a team, sometimes under minimal supervision. There is an hourly rate plus a generous bonus plan.
Schedule can be flexible, probably leaning towards a later shift, approximately 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM and every other Saturday.
BIG Plus if bilingual in Spanish and English.
