If a CRM won't do, outline what you need to make work and get a programmer to make you something. This isn't for everyone but if you can be excruciatingly detailed and have an ultra clear vision of exactly what you need it to do, a site like eLance, Freelancer, or a local programmer can pull it off for you. This was the easiest way for use to get what we needed.
