Let's compare some numbers, I have been in the same dealership all my life and I would like to compare to other people to find out area's where we can improve.
One of the numbers we look at our dealership is our average walking vs signature (deposit) and our percentage of deliveries.
We have about 27% closing on the floor & 70% of those cars get delivered.
How does it compare to your numbers ?
