Ansira is the parent company that acquired Sincro which is the rebranding of CDK Digital which is the rebranding of the cobalt group which ADP acquired before they separated their dealership business and created CDK. CDK was acquired by the Brookfield Business Partners in 2022.

So that should clear that up. I may be missing a few phases in there but i don't feel like playing detective.

Ansira is company that has ended up with a number of companies that post acquisition have been folding into each other and have products that support dealerships and the manufactures. The areas include: asset management, ad compliance, ad management, ad delivery, websites and management of programs between the manufacturers and their dealer bodies.

Complicated business for sure

That sounds like a huge mess actually. So many different coding platforms trying to integrate with each other. I am going to guess that they will slap on a fresh coat of the cool kids paint and market it as something really nifty! I say this because the tech debt for doing all that is so huge.

hehe, sort of what I've been working on but I'm still in the baby level for all of this.

Now you see all the development sins layed out in the website. Thats cobalt > adp > cdk digital > ansira. So four major company transitions with so many restructured teams.

But it can be vastly improved and they should be able to provide a cleaner website

It sounds like Ansira has sold it. Haven't heard who the new owner is.

Truelink (formerly Ansira (formerly Sincro (formerly CDK (formerly Cobalt))))

Ansira lost most of their exclusive OEM deals over the past few years = good for dealers to finally have more choices, bad for Ansira, and bad for Ansira's landlords who got stiffed on rent.

Ugh.... maybe it's just time to find a new vendor. Truthfully, the only reason I haven't is that I have a phenomenal rep.
