Mitch, you can also turn on autorenew with most registrars. Personally, I always use GoDaddy because Network Solutions is a nightmare to deal with (and considerably more expensive)
Thanks for the heads up Nick, I try and use netfirms.ca as much as possible here in Canada. We host our blogs and have purchased most of our domains through them. Found them to be even cheaper then goDaddy. The autoRenew is a good tip.
Old thread, I know. Just wanted to post though to say that we've been dealing with Trader Corporation extensively as of late and I've discovered a few things that are of interest.
1. If you want to list inventory on AutoTrader.ca as a dealer, you must have one of their Dealer.com websites
2. The inventory can be pushed in one of three ways:
a. From a third party into Trader.ca and then into the dealer.com website (meaning the dealer.com site does no work)
b. From Dealer.com to Trader.ca (if you use the dealer.com site as your primary)
c. From trader.ca to Dealer.com (if you use capture or some other services from Trader themselves)
The whole system is a mess and they refuse to offer listings to companies that don't have their websites.
