Dealer wants guidelines. What kind of questions/ideas should they ask to start an internal conversation with other departements at their stores? Does anyone have a "Websites: All You Need To Know" Guideline or White Paper?

This is a pretty broad question - are you looking for insight on what to look for in a great website for an automotive dealership?

I think they are looking internally before they go to which website vendor they're looking for. They need a road map to access their needs with a goal to create a big ass diagram to make sure everyone is connected and are talking to each other.

From this internal document, they'll use it as a handout to each vendor to see what's "no problem" and what's custom.

Yes! My dealer needs of course all the basics: SEO optimization, video, engagement tools, great car detail pages, etc. etc. I was looking a resource I could provide them that would give them some direction. thanks for your response. I appreciate it.
