Does Anyone Respect Results?

Just told that a 50%-75% month-by-month and year-over-year increase in BDC traffic over the past 6 months isn't really a good job.

I must admit: I was stunned.

In the NY/NJ metro area, I am one of the BEST BDC Directors you will ever run across and I am looking for a spot where I can put down PERMANENT roots. I can work digital, can slam home RTM (lease and retail retention), and have a "take no prisoner" attitude. And my methodology allows for something you don't often see with BDC deals: gross.

My requirements? A fair pay plan based on store needs and my experience, appreciation for hard work and dedication, a place committed to proper marketing and advertising (to help drive traffic), and who won't mess with my money when (not if) I start exceeding expectations. That last one seems to be difficult to find.

Please contact me at [email protected] if you have any interest in speaking with me.

Thanks all.

Baron Ringler, a BDC Director, is frustrated after his significant traffic growth (50-75% month-over-month and year-over-year increases) was dismissed as inadequate performance, and he's now seeking a new dealership position where his results will be properly valued. He emphasizes his expertise across digital, RTM, and profitability while seeking fair compensation, marketing support, and commission protection. The post reflects broader tension in the industry about whether dealership management adequately recognizes and rewards measurable performance improvements.
