Our only complaint is that there is some documentation that we have to send that we have to have encrypted because the IRS doesn't have a secure email account. Yes, you read that right.

May I please ask how long does it takes for your dealership to get approved on the advance payment system? I‘ve been waiting for a month now and got absolutely no communication or reply from either the secure messaging nor emails. Thanks

I apologize, I am at a different dealership now and I didn't handle all of the set up on this.

After learning that the federal government still processes all retirements using paper, by hand, with 700+ mine workers filing manila envelopes and cardboard boxes in a limestone mine hundreds of feet underground…I’m honestly just impressed the IRS even has an email account.
