We’re hiring a Field Implementation Manager at Numa. We build software used by dealerships to make sure customer calls and messages don’t fall through the cracks and to help service and sales teams stay responsive.

This is a very hands-on, in-store role. You’ll be traveling to dealerships across the U.S. and Canada, helping launch the system, training teams, and making sure the software is tailored towards the specific customer workflows. If interested, please email your resume to [email protected].

What you’d be doing:

  • Going onsite for dealership go-lives
  • Training service advisors, managers, BDC teams, and leadership
  • Helping stores set the technology based on how they actually operate
  • Troubleshooting issues on the spot and getting teams comfortable using the system
  • Document key notes and outcomes post-launch for a seamless transition to our Performance Architect team
Who this is a good fit for:
  • You’ve done live technology implementation or rolled out technology vendor inside dealerships
  • You’re comfortable on the service drive or in the office talking with managers
  • You don’t mind travel and being on your feet in busy stores

Nice to have (not required):
  • Phone system knowledge (call routing, VoIP, SIP)
Compensation & Benefits:
  • Competitive compensation package, including equity
