I think I'm wondering if we are including phone calls in conversion/lead ratio, chat is more comparable to phone ups right?

(phone calls gets our conversion in league with the better conversion stats in the study, and our 'web' lead conversion puts us up in the category of "congratulations you have a website")

There are some similarities for sure. We will not be measuring phone closing ratios during this study, but we will be posting sales percent increases in addition to the data you are seeing posted now at the end of each month.

P.S. One of the dealers in this study has been tracking the percentage of chat leads received outside of regular business hours and will be posting that info soon.
