We do believe that AI will change a lot in automotive, but a lot of the "AI for dealers" right now feels like more complexity and confusion. Our view is that AI should make things better in obvious ways — fewer onboarding forms, fewer long e-mail chains, fewer meetings, and more control in the hands of the dealer.
