We are turning service, sold, and vehicle valuations into a 7-year outlook for every customer. Customers can gauge where they stand with their current car at any point, and we will help them decide their next course of action.

  • keep on driving
  • schedule the next service
  • trade that car
  • buy an extended warranty
  • purchase a maintenance plan
  • explore insurance savings
  • more...

Our top 5 goals for 2025:
  1. help erase the line in the sand between sales and service
  2. grow customer loyalty by bringing the customer back more often
  3. drive more F&I sales after the car purchase
  4. increase service scheduler adoption
  5. add more AI communications (on top of the trade appointment comms) to generate service appointments and F&I conversions
All our existing TRADEiQ customers will be moved to this with grandfathered pricing. This is an evolution! It will happen in chunks through Q1 and Q2 instead of waiting to do something like a TRADEiQ V2. Better to take advantage of the cool new stuff as it becomes ready instead of waiting for some giant release.

On December 23rd a customer told us, "We had no plans on trading a vehicle until you asked about buying our Spark." We then sold them two vehicles in two days. Thanks, Frikintech!

Looking forward to what is to come! Dealers who add value to their guests without expecting anything in return will hold the cards in the future. Selling without selling in the digital age!

Smart!

Any plans to push tire sales?

Thanks!

Most of the service departments we have worked with are pretty detailed with their ROs. We plan to start with the data we already have by translating the comments and declined services on the ROs themselves. That would be a first pass on pushing tire sales.

To dive deeper into tires in general, we can be a bit generic on recommending tires every 20,000 to 30,000 miles. That's simple and probably a quick add on the path to being a bit smarter about them.

Personally, I love tires - I know, I'm weird. They make the most difference in handling along with a noticeable stopping power. And on trucks, they absolutely turn them from wimpy to beastly! I've had sports cars that rip through tires in less than 10,000 miles and see how important winters are up here. There are so many angles to take. Some ideas are flying around in my head ;-)
