Getting a Google Review removed?

Ed, Mission accomplished. The review was taken down by (I think) the reviewer himself. It's too bad that competing dealerships, or should I say an employee from a competing dealership, had to sink to that level. I'll take it as a sign of desperation!

Ryan, I just have to say WAY TO GO!
A local group was caught paying their customers to write them a good review and a competitor a scathing review. How do we fight the old school dealer outlook of the public when some dealers are taking it to the social sphere of the internet?
