Toyota Scion of Grand Rapids is a family owned dealership located in Grand Rapids, Michigan. This is a great opportunity for an outgoing person with excellent verbal and written communication skills to work in a growing BDC/Internet department. Duties consist of responding to email leads and incoming phone calls, customer follow-up and prospecting by phone and email, and website chat, all with the goal of setting appointments for our highly trained sales staff. Must have professional demeanor, great time management and organization skills, able to take direction, self-disciplined and willing to work in a fast-paced environment.
