OTT seems to be the "hot topic" to sell/buy right now. I dont' know if it's hot because of the ambiguity and lack of understanding or vendors have pivoted spend recommendations because of the recent changes Google and Facebook have made. Either way, we are seeing some great results via our partnership with Comcast in select markets by utilizing 1st party data and aggregated demographic data such as IHS, Oracle, etc.

Most companies are charging a flat monthly fee along with a CPM calculation model + Creative costs. Curious to see who else on here has integrated OTT into their strategy and the subsequent results?
