What CRM are you currently using at your dealership, and what’s your honest opinion of it?

We’re seeing a lot of movement in the CRM space lately, with dealers switching platforms, stacking tools, or sticking with what they’ve always used just because “that’s what we’ve always had.”
I'm working on a blog for Dealer Authority about "Best CRMs in 2026" - I'd love to hear some real opinions and insights.

  • What CRM are you on today?
  • What do you love about it?
  • What drives you crazy about it?
  • And if you could switch tomorrow, what would you switch to?

Appreciate any insight

  • What CRM are you on today? DriveCentric
  • What do you love about it? It's the best CRM for the entire team working deals together with a high degree of visibility without having to navigate through multiple screens
  • What drives you crazy about it? They think their AI is WAY better than it is and I'm afraid that they are trying so hard to do it on their own that they will fall behind.
  • And if you could switch tomorrow, what would you switch to? I would not as I don't think anyone is likely doing AI as well as I would like.
Side note: I also don't like that it's down right now. LOL.

✨ AI Highlights

A Dealer Authority blogger is crowdsourcing honest dealer opinions on CRM platforms for a 'Best CRMs in 2026' article, offering quotes and backlinks in exchange for participation. The post invites dealers to share what CRM they use, what they love and hate about it, and what they'd switch to if they could — tapping into what the author describes as significant movement in the CRM space. It's essentially a lead-gen post for source material, with the appeal of a backlink drawing dealers to share candid platform feedback.
