Volkswagen of Downtown LA is looking for a new car Internet Salesperson to join the team.
What we’re looking for?
Looking for someone who is able to work outside the world of standard email templates when responding to leads in a timely fashion. Who isn’t afraid to make lots of phone calls. Who goes the extra mile and is the type to even make a quick video walk around for a customer to help secure an appointment. Basically someone who is able to effectively, professionally and knowledgeably stand out and grab the customers attention in a highly competitive environment. Someone who works the hell out of his or her leads. Not someone who just take the low hanging fruit and calls it a day.
Why you should work here?
There are lots of dealers that will promise you tons of leads, yet not have inventory or the ability to be competitive. That’s not the case here. You’ll have plenty of leads, we have a very large inventory and that we’re not afraid to be competitive. Basically you will have all the components to maintain a high closing percentage. You won’t get bogged down struggling for dealer trades and you will have total support in getting deals approved or helping you out in any way possible without it costing you 1/2 deal. We have a very good pay plan with a bonus structure. If you’re the right person who just needs the right place to call home you’ve found your dealer.
