ABOUT THE JOB:
Audi and Infiniti of Willow Grove is looking for sales professionals with the drive, determination, and sales expertise to work in the Internet sales division of our dealership.​ We are a large volume Audi and Infiniti dealership 20 minutes outside of Philadelphia. We have partnerships with the biggest suppliers of vehicle listings and information to help you succeed such as Autotrader.com, Cars.com, Ebay, Philly.com and more. If you’re a motivated, self-starting sales professional ready to take your sales career to the next level, we have the opportunity you’ve been looking for.​ Prior automotive sales experience not required. We have a well-established Internet process with continual input from sales professionals for improvement. We offer tremendous support and an extensive marketing program to provide you all the leads you will need to succeed.


Joining our Internet Sales division, you’ll be responsible for managing all sales activities generated from our Internet sales division.​ From generating and managing incoming sales leads to closing business, you’ll be instrumental in helping this division increase overall dealership sales.​


As an Internet Sales Specialist you will generate sales appointments from internet leads as well as incoming sales calls, and must have excellent written and verbal communication ability.​ You will be responsible for customers from start to finish and through their ownership experience just as any floor salesperson would do. Responsibilities:

  • Manage sales activities (Phone, Email, Appointments) generated from our Internet sales division.
  • Create and maintain excellent relationships with our customers.
  • Conduct business in a variety of traditional and non-traditional methods, such as email, telephone, in-person appointments, and others.
Requirements:

  • Superior communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to communicate via email
  • Excellent follow-through skills
  • Sales experience, preferably in the retail/automotive/real-estate industry
  • Solid working knowledge of the Internet
  • Understanding of Audi or Infiniti vehicles a bonus
  • Must be able to maintaining a positive, can-do attitude to achieve customer goals
