Ouch. We obviously don’t know the details, but this looks pretty brutal. Unfortunately, if everything in the filing is above board, I don’t really have any sympathy for the dealer/group. Don’t think that just because the CARS Rule hasn’t been pushed through that the FTC won’t still come after you!
