Job Responsibilities
• Inspire and collaborate with account executives and co-workers to produce inventive, thoughtful, relevant work for clients including website specials, e-mails, landing pages, and other creative products
• Work closely with our team to execute on the creative strategy for projects and provide best practices
• Conduct regular A/B tests to improve conversions
MORE ABOUT YOU:
• 2+ years of experience designing rich interactive experiences for the web including cross-browser development
• Portfolio that represents a range of design styles, diversity of projects, and a clear personal aesthetic with a solid understanding of UX/UI best practices
• Passion for emerging technology and hunger to innovate
• Comfortable prototyping and sketching on a whiteboard
• Strong point of view on creative ideas and ability to promote conceptual thinking
• Proficiency with Photoshop and Illustrator
• HTML and CSS ninja
• SEO a plus
• AfterEffects and Flash are a bonus
