Need a few Specific CRM functions

Aaron
It sounds to me like the biggest issues you are having could be taken care of with a good ILM. Sounds like the pain is being able to respond to internet leads from Trader and/or your site. A good ILM would probably fix these issues and you can an ILM in the price range you mention. I can think of a few that might work, AVV, Imagic, VinSolutions, and several others. It might be worth your time to investigate a few and see a demo or two to determine if an ILM might cure the problem.

You're probably right about that Shawn - an ILM might be better than a CRM for Aaron's situation. The only problem with the American solutions is that a few of them are not good for Canada because of the way inventory is integrated. Aaron - be sure you make it very clear to the companies you speak to that you are in Canada.

You might want to catch-up with Mitch Gallant on these forums to see what he ended up doing. He has been in your shoes and tried working with a few of the American solutions mentioned by Shawn. He can give you some good insight.

✨ AI Highlights

  • A dealer asks about CRM functions to automatically match incoming inventory with interested leads and send templated emails to multiple customers.
  • The community identifies that the dealer's current CRM—bundled with their website provider—lacks basic features like vehicle-searchable leads and email functionality, and recommends either upgrading to a dedicated ILM (Inventory Lead Management) solution like VinSolutions or AVV, or consolidating their two existing CRM systems with proper staff training and vendor support.
