not sure about KGI ... their lighthouse scores ...
If you can't do your own website solid ...
but to be fair, I wouldn't mind seeing one of their dealerwebsites.

This isn't my work, but here's a solid site: https://www.rightway.com/

The biggest thing with your site is that you have lots of photos but nothing to click into to get more detail.
People have developed habits so following some patterns isn't a bad thing.
I don't know why you have a login unless it's to inquiry about a car but i don't know how to do that.
How do I put a car into the cart?
why a hamburger click icon to show me sold cars?

That other SEO expert didn't bother checking out your site. I did yesterday and that's why I know it has good performance and SEO practices.

Do reviews help seo? depends who is your source? BBB? TrustPilot? These sites also happen to be legit links.
I can get 4.9 star ratings if I ask my friends and family to write me up but you really would need 600+ reviews on yelp to start really making a dent.

Yes, SEO takes time. your company is new and that is a ding to your ranking.

Ads? hmmm ... maybe postcards are better. Postcards are 1000% open rate! Pay attention rate is also higher than paid ads. But you'd be better off

You can do a lot for SEO before you need to drop 4-5 digits on it.

Actually I did check out the website. But like I said in my post, I didn’t want to overwhelm by mentioning a bunch of things. Instead I mentioned the top priority at this point. Reviews and the GBP as a whole.

600 reviews on Yelp to make a dent? That’s just not true. Google reviews #1. Facebook reviews #2.

Was meaning to edit that out, for some reason it's a default setting with GoDaddy to have a login and shopping cart. I appreciate all the other suggestions and will look to make changes in the near future! Thank you

Don't use GoDaddy. Horrible websites that are overpriced.
I'd agree with horrible.

In regards to overpriced, many people new to automotive are unaware of just how expensive dealership websites are (with the exception of CarsForSale and a few smaller shops).

Dealer.com, Dealer Inspire, DealerOn, etc all easily run $1,200 - $3,500 /mo for a dealership website with no ancillary SEO services, etc.

You should start with:

SEO - Our New A.I.-powered solution starts at $895/month and we have a 90-day money back guarantee on our performance.

Free Listings - Facebook Marketplace is king. AutoTrader, Cars.com etc.. are always good to have your listings on

Google Vehicle Ads - You can easily dip your toe in here starting at $750/month

We run Google Vehicle Ads for many independent dealers so let me know if you'd like to schedule a Zoom to chat about it :)

(Shameless company plug since you asked)

Can you take a video around your car?

Of course you can. Problem solved. Well, one part of it.

As others have mentioned, photos are critical both on your web site and third party sites like AutoTrader. That’s how buyers decide which vehicles they want to see in person. Even though you're a new or small dealer, we can make your pictures look just like OR EVEN BETTER than established and franchised dealers.

We have a new product special for readers here – just $295/mo for up to 50 vehicles shot per month that includes taking pictures and processing them with spin, interior 360, detail photos. All you have to do is take a walkaround video. We automate everything else.

SpinSmart is our third generation of AI software. It ensures EVERY photo of EVERY vehicle looks consistent and amazing.
  • Easy to use. Just walk around the car to take a video. Anyone can do it!
  • Unmatched quality. Smooth video spin, interior 360, exterior and interior hotspots, with 3D background replacement ... all in 4K on a custom VDP. See closeup details .... just like in your showroom!
  • Totally automated. From shoot to your web site in minutes. It’s all done for you!

Check out this example @ Young Chevy (special link shows original pictures for comparison).
