Ed, It was rare attempt at trying to be nice. They don't understand that customers spend an average of over 18 hours researching the internet. Beyond deciding on the vehicle, think price might be a consideration? As those vehicles are priced, adding cars.com or AutoTrader would be a waste of money. I hear, "it will destroy my gross", daily. They refuse to believe that customers, with the advantage of the internet, know the market value.
