As expected, it took OEMs this long to respond to the COVID quarantines from March of 2020. Right on time guys :poke:

What dealers need right now is a digital retailing mandate ….nobody needs cars to sell.

Here is a take on the recent FCA push by Brian Pasch.

What other OEM pushes are you all experiencing?

I am hearing from a credible source at FCA that 1: They are tabling the ORE requirement and 2: FCA dealers can have multiple digital retailing solutions. The only thing ORE does is generate bad leads. I have personally used 3 Different tools over the last 18 months.

Direct Message me if your with a CDJR dealer because I may have some other ideas for you ;-)

✨ AI Highlights

OEM digital retailing platforms (particularly FCA's ORE tool) launched in response to COVID-era demand for online car sales, but dealers report significant technical problems including inability to accurately calculate fees, taxes, and F&I pricing. The consensus from insiders is that these mandatory OEM tools generate poor-quality leads, prompting FCA to table requirements and allow dealers to use multiple third-party solutions instead, suggesting the OEM-exclusive approach is failing in practice.
