I would like to hear from those of you that use (or have used) OnStation by Cobalt (or before it was by Cobalt).

What do (did) you think of the product?
Are (were) you making real incremental sales/service growth?
How much does (did) it really do for sales?
Any pitfalls to watch out for?
If you used it and stopped, why?

Thanks in advance for any comments and thoughts.

Is this thing on?

Can you hear me in the back?

Sorry for the bump. I'll try this question another way.

Does anyone use a system for e-mail-based owner lifecycle marketing? What system/service do you use? What do you think about it? What has been your success? How about ROI?

Thoughts...?

We use our CRM. I program things into the process plans for different points in a timeline and can change it up whenever I want. I haven't seen a need to look anywhere else. One thing I wish I could see is some sort of ROI system inside our CRM. It would be nice to contribute some of the efforts we put forth in it to the CRM and follow-up process.
