Welcome to Vin. As one of our product trainers I've gone through a lot of installs now. The best advice I can give is to work very closely with your implementation team prior to launch. Like many of the others here have mentioned, the setup stage and getting the correct data in place is critical to ensuring a successful launch of your new CRM. Best of luck with the transition!
