I feel the same as many who have post before me. Paul and his staff have been nothing but supportive and always accessible. According to my wife I spend way too much time online late at night searching for ideas to improve our business, and most times I will see that Paul is online doing the same. My late father called Paul an evil genius and we knew we couldn't afford any of our competitors to sign up with Paul before we did. We have been with Potratz since January and my brother and I were recently recognized at a NHL game by our usher from our online marketing. That is extremely powerful after just a few months.
