Put Down The Phone

100% texting that set of 55? No other channel like email, correct? All responses were from text alone? How many moved to phone conversations?
The 49 were all ones that responded to the text. If they did not respond to text, but did respond to email or call I didn't count it as one of the 49. It did count for the 55 total. Two responded to later emails. Two answered later calls. Two never responded. All of the sold deals but one never necessitated a call before the customer came in (that one blows my mind).

Updated numbers for the month:

55 internet leads with a phone number
49 responded
89% conversion for responses
19% sold
Just out of curiosity - are you saying on a per month basis you are getting under 100 1st party internet leads a month? Is the 19% out of the 49 that responded? Meaning you've sold ~10 cars from the 1st - 23rd (date of post)

That would make more sense as to how you are getting those results.

These are all internet leads whether from our site or 3rd party sites that had a phone number. Our quantity of internet leads is actually way down recently. We usually get well over 100. The 19% is out of the 55.
