Bob Brady Auto Mall has a rare and exciting opportunity in our auto sales department. We are continuing to grow and looking for an experienced Sub-Prim Sales Representatives to join our dynamic auto sales team!HUGE EARNING POTENTIAL!!
Job Duties:
- Welcome all customers as they enter the dealership with a smile.
- Responsible for answering a multi-telephone line system.
- Inputting customer information into the dealership database.
- Filing and other office administration duties as assigned.
- Responsible for discussing credit with customers, when qualified, present and close the deal
- Prepare all deal packages with complete, compliant, and proper documentation
- Ensure all deals are fully compliant with local, state and federal guidelines
- Review, manage and update customer database as required for the sales/ prospecting team
- Ensure expeditious funding of all contracts
- Strictly adhere to and enforce company policies, processes, procedures, and core values
Job Requirements
Preferred Experience and Skills:
- Previous sales experience is not necessary, but it is strongly encouraged
- Be expertly proficient at structuring deals for maximum profitability and collectability
- Respond to credit inquires in a timely fashion, and set appointment
- Be knowledgeable of State and Federal regulations regarding Finance and Fair Credit Reporting Act
- Outgoing personality with expertise at developing relationships (i.e., a “people person")
- Must have a clear speaking voice
- Must have exceptional organizational skills and maintain strong desire to succeed
- Valid driver’s license
