"It will be a scary show" is what Alex told me about hosting Tom Kline when he proposed we have him on. He also said, "although it will be tough to hear, it will be good to hear these things too. A little like that HR training we all went through, but this might cut deeper."

Tom Kline handled the lawsuits and complaints of employees and customers at the number 1 Chevrolet dealership in the United States until the day his family sold it. That store was right down the street from Alex Snyder's family's dealerships, so Alex knows how strong Tom's message is.

He schooled us on:
  • what Payment Packing/Product Stuffing really is
