Responsibilities:
- Responsible for making outbound sold and unsold follow-up calls
- Generate sales by means of proactive outbound prospecting
- Handle incoming inquiries & leads from multiple platforms (Email, Phone, Text, Chat etc.)
- Respond to email inquiries in a professional, well-spoken manner
- Assist customers in sales process, data flow and delivery coordination
- Check email frequently and respond to inquiries immediately
- Conceptualize and understand the psychology of internet customers and facilitate delivery logistics
- Enthusiastic team player with a passion for technology and customer service
- Intermediate computer skills with an ability to be trained on our Customer Service Platform (Zendesk)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an understanding of proper etiquette
- Possess time management skills and can work independently
- Able to make 100+ outbound calls per day
- Not be afraid of the word "No"
- Take direction well
- Solution-minded professional with a drive to deliver value to demanding customers
- A history of being punctual, responsible and reliable
- Previous experience working in automotive BDC, customer service or a call center environment preferred
