A small, but growing used car dealer is seeking an assistant to help the owner in various automotive related tasks which will include, but are not limited to the following:

Tasks:
  1. Detailing Cars (detailing, paint touch up, etc) - This is physically demanding, detail oriented, and sometimes tedious work that will make up 30-50% of the total work being done depending on the week. The right person should enjoy this kind of repetitive work.
  2. Taking Photos Of Cars & Advertising Them Online -- You should know how to use digital camera, computers, basic software, etc
  3. Miscellaneous Tasks -- Running errands, ordering parts online, data entry, etc
After being trained and getting comfortable with those basic tasks, there will be the opportunity learn more of the automotive business by showing cars to customers, selling/paperwork/financing, and assisting manager with completing larger projects.

This is a perfect job for someone who has a passion for cars and wants to learn the industry. There is also the opportunity for advancement as the company grows.

Pay:
The pay will be performance based with bonuses. It can range from $12.50 - $15+ per hour based on your experience and ability to get results. This is a full time position.

Hours:
You will need to be able to work Sunday-Thursday from 8:30-5:00 or 9:30-6:00 depending on the day. There can be opportunity for more hours during some weeks. We can be flexible with scheduling (vacations, leave early or come late when needed, etc) and expect the right candidate to do the same as needed for the company (stay late or come early to show a car to a customer, etc).

Passionate & Knowledgeable About Cars​
Does Not Abuse Alcohol Or Use Drugs (must pass drug test)​
Works Well Alone & Without Constant Supervision​
