I tell you, tech's get so frustrated so easily. Is it just something that is common in our dealership, or do you guys also notice this? Writing a story of 15 lines, they won't. Referring a TSB in detail, they won't. Checking their manuals for specs, they won't. Having a chat with the service advisor or warranty admins, they won't. Its no surprise how DIVAs they are. I am genuinely worried about the productivity of these guys lately, they are punching so much but are getting so less work done.
I did come across something: www.bayworks.app, has anyone used this recently? They say they are going to increase the tech's productivity? Anyone who has used any such tools before? Or how do you guys make sure your tech's are happy, satisfied and don't churn?
